Need Help
JDM has partnered with Dawson McAllister to offer personal follow-up, via the1-800 off-air HopeLine. Teens seeking help via email, texting, Facebook, and/or through the JD blog will be introduced to the toll-free number 1-800-394-HOPE.
Founded in 1991, TheHopeLine's mission is to reach, rescue and restore hurting teen and young adults, in whatever situation they find themselves. HopeCoaches are available 24/6 via phone or online chat for 13-29 year olds struggling with a variety of issues such as sexual abuse, drug addiction, pregnancy, suicide, cutting, eating disorders, sex trafficking, homelessness and relationship problems, just to name a few. HopeCoaches offer each caller an approved nationally recognized partner referral for ongoing care including mentoring, counseling, rehabilitation, support groups and much more.
Our goal is not to replace the advice and support of parents, pastors, and local counselors but to come along side and encourage those struggling with life issues. Jeffrey encourages teens to first reach out to trusted adults in their area if they are willing to do so. For those who chose not to speak with someone they know personally, The HopeLine (1-800-394-HOPE) offers non-judgmental support and a referral opportunity for ongoing help. HopeCoaches listen, encourage and offer truth to those seeking relevant advice to life’s tough issues. To learn more visit www.thehopeline.com
